Bamberg’s first craft beer restaurant with its own brewery – in the „Gaustadter Fischerhof“. It combines old craftsmanship with modern influences, old traditions with new passion. The „Fischerhof“ is a familiar term for Bambergers. The Art Nouveau house was built in the middle of the 19th and was already a meeting place and restaurant in that time. Today, the modern-cozy ambience invites you to linger with delicious food and home-brewed beer.
