Die Biere der Kaiserdom Specialit\u00e4ten-Brauerei sollen auch die anspruchsvollsten unter den Biertrinkern zufriedenstellen. Gesammelte Erfahrung seit 1718 als Brauer und ein sorgf\u00e4ltiger Umgang mit den Bieren w\u00e4hrend der Lagerung bilden die Basis f\u00fcr die hohe Qualit\u00e4t unserer Biere. European Beer Star Award<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Der European Beer Star wird seit 2004 vom Verband der Privaten Brauereien Bayern <\/span><\/a><\/strong>veranstaltet und hat sich l\u00e4ngst zu einem der bedeutendsten Bierwettbewerbe weltweit entwickelt. Bei diesem hochkar\u00e4tigen Wettbewerb werden\u00a0unverf\u00e4lschte, charaktervolle und qualitativ hochwertige Biere gew\u00fcrdigt.
2022 hat unser Dark Lager f\u00fcr den internationalen Markt Gold gewonnen und 2020 gab es f\u00fcr unser Helles die Bronze Medaille\u00a0 in der K\u00f6nigsklassee Mild Lager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

World Beer Awards<\/span><\/h2>\n

Die World Beer Awards haben sich seit ihrer Gr\u00fcndung 2007 zu einem der renommiertesten Bier-Wettbewerbe im internationalen Bereich entwickelt. Ein Expertenteam aus Bierbrauern, Biersommeliers und Journalisten bewertet Biere aus der ganzen Welt. Es handelt es sich um globale Auszeichnungen, mit denen die Besten aller anerkannten Bierstile ausgezeichnet werden. Bei unserer Deb\u00fct-Teilnahme konnten wir sechs Awards f\u00fcr unsere Biere entgegennehmen und auch in den Folgejahrenkonnten wir ebenso stark punkten.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Brussels Beer Challenge<\/span><\/h2>\n

Die Brussels Beer Challenge\u00a0wurde 2012 ins Leben gerufen<\/span><\/span>\u00a0und hat sich zu\u00a0<\/span>einem der angesehensten Bierereignisse<\/span><\/span>\u00a0auf der Weltb\u00fchne entwickelt. <\/span>Der Wettbewerb zielt darauf ab, Qualit\u00e4tsbier auf der B\u00fchne eines der wichtigsten Bierl\u00e4nder der Welt ins Rampenlicht zu r\u00fccken. Eine Medaille in Br\u00fcssel zu gewinnen, bedeutet wirklich, auf der wichtigsten B\u00fchne der Bierwelt zu gewinnen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Die\u00a0Women\u2019s International Trophy\u00a0ist ein in Deutschland beispielloses Konzept, verkostet von einer\u00a0rein weiblichen internationalen Jury\u00a0auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau.\u00a0Die Biere werden von erfahrenen Expertinnen auf der Grundlage von sensorischen Analysekriterien blind verkostet.\u00a0Maximal ein Drittel der pr\u00e4sentierten Proben wird mit einer Medaille ausgezeichnet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Frankfurt International Trophy<\/span><\/h2>\n

Die Frankfurt International Beer Trophy ist ein gro\u00dfer und bedeutender internationaler Wettbewerb in Deutschland. Eine Jury aus erfahrenen Amateuren und internationalen Experten verkostet und bewertet die Biere gemeinsam. Gerade diese Mischung zeichnet die Frankfurt International Beer Trophy aus, da dadurch die Meinung der Konsumenten repr\u00e4sentiert wird. 2020 wurden wir bei unserer Deb\u00fct-Teilnahme auf Anhieb in zwei Kategorien mit Gold und Silber pr\u00e4miert. Auch in den Folgejahren konnten unsere Biere punkten und wurden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Der Biertest der Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft e.V. (DLG) umfasst die Geschmackspr\u00fcfung und eine analytische Pr\u00fcfung. Nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot darf ins Bier nur \u201cHopfen, Malz und Wasser\u201d. Um aber hochwertige Bierspecialit\u00e4ten brauen zu k\u00f6nnen, geh\u00f6rt noch etwas dazu: Das Wissen und die Erfahrung von gut ausgebildeten Brauern. Wir f\u00fchlen uns der Brautradition verpflichtet und bilden deshalb seit vielen Jahren Brauernachwuchs aus. Viele unserer ehemaligen Auszubildenden fanden nach ihren Lehrjahren den Weg auf eine Meisterschule oder die Universit\u00e4t. Einige von Ihnen f\u00fchren heute die elterlichen Brauereibetriebe erfolgreich weiter und sorgen so f\u00fcr die traditionelle Biervielfalt in und um Bamberg.\u00a0<\/span>Neben Brauer und M\u00e4lzer bilden wir auch in kaufm\u00e4nnischen Berufen aus.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
